Sequencing and Executive Function
Transition paperwork is a project management job. Dependencies, deadlines, a hundred separate accounts, and a process that punishes you for doing things in the wrong order.
A lot of ADHD and autistic people hit a wall right here. Nobody is managing this project for you.
So we manage it. We hold the list, we tell you the one next step, and we won’t ask you to explain if last week was hard.

What your coach does
-
Hold the tracking document, so it isn’t in your head
-
Break every task down to a step you can start
-
Tell you the one next step, as often as you need to ask
-
Sit with you while you do the thing you have been putting off
-
Catch the deadline and the renewal before they pass
-
Adjust the plan when your capacity changes
What your coach does not do
Your coach is not a clinician. We do not diagnose, evaluate, or treat anything, and we will not tell you what your brain is. What we do is run the project with you. If you want an evaluation or clinical support, our sister practice, Arrive Therapy, is there.
Where to start
Book a session. Bring the list, however disorganized it is, or bring nothing and we will build it with you.
