Terms of Service
Effective date: November 4, 2026
Arrive Gender Coaching LLC operates this website at arrivegendercoaching.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of the site and your purchase of coaching services through it.
By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Arrive Gender Coaching 30 S Valley Rd, Suite 102, Paoli, PA 19301 info@arrivegendercoaching.com
1. These terms and your Coaching Agreement
These Terms of Service cover the website, the free materials we publish, and the commercial terms of buying coaching.
Coaching itself is governed by the Coaching Agreement and Consent, which you read and sign before your first session. That agreement covers what coaching is, confidentiality, records, emergencies, and how coaching ends.
Where these Terms of Service and your signed Coaching Agreement address the same subject, the Coaching Agreement controls.
2. You must be 18
This site and our services are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to book coaching or to enter into these terms. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice
Arrive Gender Coaching provides practical, non-clinical support with the logistics of gender transition.
Nothing on this site and nothing in a coaching session is therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or health care. We do not diagnose, we do not treat any condition, and we do not provide clinical opinions. Coaching does not create a clinician and patient relationship.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. We are not a law firm and your coach is not your attorney. Information about court procedures, agency requirements, insurance rules, or employment law is general information, not advice about your situation.
If a coach holds a professional license in any field, they are not acting under that license when coaching, and coaching is not covered by it.
If you need therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, please consult a licensed professional in that field.
4. Not a crisis service
We do not monitor messages after hours and we cannot respond to emergencies.
If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line right away. Call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Text HOME to 741741, the Crisis Text Line. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
5. Information on this site
We work to keep this site accurate, and we cannot promise that it is.
Requirements for name changes, identity documents, insurance coverage, and employment protections change often, and they differ by state, by county, and sometimes by office. Information here may be out of date or may not apply where you live. Verify anything you plan to act on with the office, agency, or insurer that will actually decide it.
We may change, suspend, or remove any part of this site at any time without notice.
6. Free workbooks and downloadable materials
Our workbooks and guides are free to download and free to use for your own transition.
You may print them, share them with a provider or a family member who is helping you, and keep them as long as you like. You may not sell them, charge for access to them, republish them in whole or in part, present them as your own work, or use them to train an automated system or machine learning model.
These materials are general information. See Section 3 and Section 5.
7. Booking, fees, and payment
Current prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change at any time. The price that applies to you is the price shown when you book.
Payment is due at the time of booking. Packages are paid in full. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full payment card information.
We do not bill insurance, we are not in network with any insurer, and we do not issue superbills or documentation for insurance reimbursement. Coaching is generally not eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement, and whether to attempt it is a decision between you and your plan.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and expiration
Cancellation. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead at no charge. Late cancellations, reschedules inside the 48 hour window, and missed sessions are charged the full session fee. For package clients, a late cancellation or missed session counts as a session used.
Refunds. Packages are not refundable. Once you purchase a package, we do not refund it in whole or in part, whether or not you use the sessions. This includes deciding to stop coaching, and it includes sessions you do not use before they expire.
Expiration. Unused sessions expire twelve months from your purchase date.
Extensions. If you need more time, write to info@arrivegendercoaching.com before your twelve months are up. Extensions are reviewed and approved by Alexander Stefanini, owner, and granted at our sole discretion. An extension is not guaranteed, asking for one does not pause your expiration date, and we do not reinstate sessions after they have expired.
If we end coaching for a reason other than unpaid fees, we refund your unused sessions at the package rate.
9. No guaranteed outcome
Coaching depends on your participation and on courts, agencies, insurers, employers, and providers we do not control. We cannot guarantee any particular result, timeline, approval, or decision.
10. Referrals and links to other sites
We share referrals for providers and resources, and this site links to organizations we do not operate.
We do not employ, supervise, or endorse the providers on our referral list, and we receive no payment for referrals. Choosing a provider is your decision. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any site we link to, or for anything that happens between you and a provider we refer you to.
11. Our content
The content on this site, including text, graphics, illustrations, icons, layout, and the Arrive Gender Coaching name and logo, belongs to Arrive Gender Coaching or is used with permission. You may read it, link to it, and share links to it. You may not copy it for commercial use, republish it, or use it to train an automated system or machine learning model without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, to impersonate anyone, to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours, to scrape or harvest content at scale, or to interfere with the site's operation.
We may refuse service or remove access for any of the above.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
If you are a Washington State resident, our Washington State Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy also applies to you and includes rights specific to Washington law.
Coaching is not health care, so coaching records are not protected health information under HIPAA, and communications with your coach are not protected by therapist and patient privilege. We hold coaching records to the same security standard we apply to clinical records even though HIPAA does not require it of us. Your Coaching Agreement explains this in full.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
This site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrive Gender Coaching and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising out of your use of this site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrive Gender Coaching and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your misuse of this site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.
17. Relationship to Arrive Therapy
Arrive Gender Coaching is a separate business from Arrive Therapy. Both are owned by Alexander Stefanini.
Money you pay for coaching stays with Arrive Gender Coaching and is never applied to therapy services. No records move between the two businesses without your signed authorization. Your Coaching Agreement explains the ownership relationship and what it means for your records.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Changes to these terms do not change the Coaching Agreement you already signed.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
20. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Washington State Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and your signed Coaching Agreement and Consent, are the entire agreement between you and Arrive Gender Coaching regarding this site and our services.
